In tune with the holiday season, companies are releasing new desktop PC models, hoping for their products to become the subject of desire for those wishing to buy themselves or someone else a new system for the holidays. In this case, however, three computers are introduced by a company which normally specializes in peripherals instead of desktop configurations. Raptor Gaming collaborated with rombus, the developer of MassiveMachines, and finally started shipping the Raptor-Gaming PC 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 desktop PCs.Aimed as a good combination of performance and accessibility, especially in what concerns their prices, the three desktops are priced at 699, 799, and 999 Euro respectively, each one stronger than the other through the addition or replacement of certain components which makes each system suitable for their intended target market segments. All three configurations come with Windows 7 home Premium pre-installed.
The systems which costs 699 Euro, the Raptor-Gaming 1,000, is powered by an AMD Athlon II X2 central processing unit, a CPU which runs at 2.9 GHz. The system uses an nForce 430a motherboard and its 1GB Radeon HD 4650 graphics controller can deliver optimum graphical performance thanks to the 4GB of RAM included in the configuration.
