The Darkstalkers Return

It's been a while since Capcom did something with its Darkstalkers games, but that doesn't mean the demand doesn't exist. The comics based on the game's universe have been doing just as well, if not better, than the game itself. UDON Entertainment is the one that's responsible for the project, and, after seeing what a great hit the Darkstalkers Tribute art book was, it has decided to listen to the fans and give them something more. As such, Capcom's parade of freaks and monsters will return this January as a new comic book.

Whether it is out of pure dedication to the franchise or if it just sees a financial gain in the situation, at least UDON is doing something with the series. The new Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors limited series will become available in the early days of 2010 and it will be made up as a three-issue product. The Night Warriors will follow the adventures of Morrigan, Donovan, Pyron and Demitri in their struggle to have the world in the palm of their hand.

The comic book will also include some new additions to the comic, as Q-Bee, Anakaris, Huitzil and Sasquatch will be introduced in the story. Alongside these new additions, others will also take part in the fight, so it seems like the comic will have plenty of excitement for everyone.
